Mr. Zhou is the CEO of the company. It's reported they have well over 200 employees. The fact that he will take 20 minutes of his time to talk to one client who will likely buy but one unit speaks volumes about the way he values a customer.
I don't recall the CEOs of Gill or Triumph doing the same for us. Maybe it's my failing memory...
