I am about to install the connector plug that came with my Battery Tender - this is the SAE 2 pin, or "quick connect" connector. Anyway, I seem to have read on the forum that this same connector could be used to connect a cigarette adapter style plug for powering 12v stuff. Is this true, i.e., the same connector that I use to charge up the battery can be used to power accessories? Said another way, here's the basic electrical question - how can a connector used to bring power into the battery be used to bring power out of the battery to power other stuff???
As you can guess, I am no electrician!
