An upper level system moving across the Tennessee Valley was
bringing widespread flurries to parts of northwest Georgia early
this morning. The flurries will spread east and south through the
early morning hours reaching the Atlanta and Gainesville areas by
dawn. While no accumulation is expected in Atlanta and
Gainesville... areas north of this line could see a light dusting
of snow... especially in the higher elevations.

The flurries will end later this morning as drier air spreads
across north Georgia.
