Bought a pair of Draggin' jeans this week. They are excellent! Fit a lot like my regular Levi's (same size), but you can tell they are much heavier. Not so much heavier that they are uncomfortable, just the opposite - I "feel" better knowing I have a little something extra between me and the asphalt.
They have a huge inventory in their store in Hickory, NC. They also have a large selection of factory "seconds." I bought a pair that had such a minor defect I had to ask the salesman to show me where it was. Paid around $65 vs. the regular $90 price. Got the knee armor, too. Feel and look a little bulky, but they're comfortable and the extra peace-of-mind while riding is a REALLY good feeling.
I also bought a long-sleeve, Kevlar shirt. Expensive ($120), but cheaper than new skin!
Good stuff! MADE IN AMERICA! If you've been thinking about buying a pair, treat yourself. I hope I never have to put them to the test, but I like knowing I've got an extra safety factor.
On a special note: they had a VERY nice '57 Triumph T-Bird in the back of the store!
