As Z said, there are tips for getting your stock grips off and tips for the ISO's. Do a search and if you still come up empty, post again and I'll find you the link(s).
It's not that bad of an install and easier than it sounds like in the directions. I really like the girthy feel of those grips and would find it hard to change back to something thinner.
