I've seen a few home brew motorcycle racks people have done for Tigers. My only issue is usually if I'm going mountain biking it's with the girl. Most of the racks take her seat. With her and the trunk on, the Tiger already wants to wheelie like mad (and she's not a big girl, 5'9" 135). With Jessie and a pair of bicycles, I think I wouldn't need the front wheel.
