I knew I was posting this in the right place
I picked up a Fender solid top acoustic. Later on when I can actually play I'll upgrade. Right now I'm practicing the power chords... so much to learn. A friend also suggested to get this software called Guitar Pro 5... will see how I do by myself and all the links you guys have posted. If things don't go so well I'll pay for lessons or give that software a try.
