I was just commenting on the math. The guy said the UK is 10% of sales. Do the math. He was wrong. Or something is wrong. If it makes you happy I am happy for you. It doesn't make me unhappy to have a Triumph that makes 30k or 50k bikes. I still like my bike just fine.
In the year to June 08 they sold 48,000 before this recession. Using the numbers posted with 6,700 in the UK making 10% they would sell 67,000 this year.
That is about a 35% increase 08 to 09. I couple that with Pure-Triumph in GB and Florida tanking and am left wondering why. I do not believe they built 67,000 units in the last 12 months with reduced demand.
If they did build that many I am happy for Mr. Bloor, he seems to be a nice guy. I don't know how the numbers have a bearing on my ra! ra! meter for Triumph though. I already like them.
And I don't hate them for it

I think the UK is responsible for a bigger market share than he reported.
But just in case they did ship over 60,000 bikes outside of GB in the last 12 months I will do a

for you.
Now, is your branded oversensitive butt feeling better now!
