A few weeks ago I ordered some idiots lights from Newbonne for my 08 America. When the lights arrived I noticed they sent the "wrong" lights. The lights (& instructions) were for a Bonne. There are two different part #'s for both the America & Bonne. Any way, to make a long story short, I have sent two e-mails and a fax to Newbonne without a response. Has anyone else had problem with this company??

Nope, never had any problem with them. I believe the owner is active with this site.

I just want to clarify the easiest part. You said Newbonneville.com in the subject. Did you order from there or from Newspeedmaster.com? Cuz that could be why you got Bonneville lights instead of America/Speedmaster lights.
I'm not trying to be an apologist for Brent. He can handle himself. Just using my superpowers of logic to get to the bottom of it...

Sorry - let me explain further, on the invoice I received from newspeed/bonneville was listed the part # for America Idiots lights, but in the package, was the part #, lights and instruction for the bonne. Someone put the wrong item in my order package. What T's me off is the fact that this company will not respond to my e-mails. A customer who has other items on order with them. Guess I'm the "idiot".

I've ordered from them before and got great service.In fact my last order was for 2 sets of Kuryaken iso-pegs and they sent me an email to make sure that I wanted 2 sets and that I just didn't accidentally order 2 sets,so I would say that my customer service expierience was pretty dang good.

My initial dealings with them was great, very friendly and as you say "emails flying back on forth". But it seems as soon as a problem appears, they're no where to be found. If the owner is a memeber of this site, I hope he is reading these comments.

You may want to check your spam folder in GMail. We sent 2 emails on Monday 11/30 regarding this issue. The first was to apologize for the inconvenience and mistake on our part and the second was an automatically generated shipping confirmation message for the correct LEDs. The replacement LEDs were sent on Monday and you should have them soon.
Please add "newbonneville.com" to your list of trusted domains in GMail and this will not happen again.
As stated in the original email, I apologize for the mistake. It should have been caught on our side and we'll do our best keep this from happening in the future.

I was confused as to how we could have missed the fax that was sent. A look through the trash can and here's what I found. The fax you sent was completely indiscernible down from a few inches from the top. I guess this whole deal was bitten by technology bugs from the start...  -brent

I've bought a lot of stuff from those guys. They have always been very helpful with any issue I've had. Maybe you should try again in case there is some mixup with email or something. email is sales@newbonneville.com. Maybe they have been out for thanksgiving

Thanks for the info Brent. I always do quick scan of my spam mail, guess I missed yours. Bloody fax machine!! It now seems I owe you an apology. Thanks for your help. Hope to do more business with you in the future. I will mail the other LED lights back to you.
