OK, this is the best I can do at the moment.
I just received our Easy Brackets yesterday, and put them on today. A very easy 10 minute install, complete with Never-Seize on the bolts, spacers, etc.
My wife agreed to help out here to see if the bags would clear the rear shocks. They do, by about 1/4" or maybe a little less than that. It's a bit hard to say if they will need a little spacer in behind the bags when there's some weight in the bags, but for now I'm confident in that they will clear. There's about 3/8" to 1/2" gap in front of the rear signal light.
So, we're happy with these.
When I get them properly mounted on the bike, I'll update this post with updated pictures.
