OK, my mistake. I've seen a few friends get drilled in these arrangements even when the soon-to-be-ex has much more capitol. I'm certainly no fan of funding lawyers unless absolutely necessary but they can be useful at times. Bottom line hopefully a fair and equitible compromise for all can be acheived.
