Question....... not to be greedy but realistic...your being a "house husband" .. was that instrumental in her success ? I know my wife "staying home and not just taking care of the kids but me too after my 16 to 18 hr days was critical to any success I (we) now have. Did you fore go any educational / professional opportunities during your time together in order to help her further her career ? Marriage is a contractual partnership and there is a reason assets are often split 50/50...... You have to be realistic but look into this as you do not want to sell yourself short....If this kid thing was started during the marriage and you get these boys , she could be obligated to child support till they reach 18...of course this also means visitation on her part possibly....consider options carefully as now is the time not a year later to act..... Taking the settlement and walking may be best, but then again.......? Just don't step over quarters to pick-up a penny...lawyers are good at causing that !
