To complete the parts list at the opening of this thread (since I can't edit my post), the following pieces are needed for the indicator relocation brackets that are used on Speedmasters.
I used stainless steel fasteners from my local marine store (prices in CDN $):
hex nut M6 X2 ($1.56)
lock washer M6 X2 ($0.44)
bolt M6 X 16 X2 ($1.52)
Flat washer M6 X2 ($0.68)
And, as Shutterbug has mentioned, the two top yoke brackets are also required as they don't come with the upper fixing kit.
