Can't help you with the Plate thingy, but I could quite possibly come up with some original bolts for the screen. I replaced some of mine with longer SS bolts that I picked up at the local nut and bolt shop. Those Star Washers Hyates mentioned would work if you still have the rubber grommets. Let me know.
