Hi. I have checked the parts break down for the screen, and they don't have those screws listed as a separate item. They bundle those in with the Upper Fixing Kit. The lower screws are also longer than the upper screws.
If I'm understanding you correctly, these are the phillips screws that attach the screen to the brackets. All those bits, including the rubber bushings are not listed separately on the parts list I have.
Are you close to a Triumph dealer? The dealer might have a more detailed breakdown available. I'll try and upload the parts list I have later today. It has a drawing with it and shows the break down of the parts. My main computer has decided not to boot today, so it might be a while to get that running
I think if you can find a local source for the screws you might be better off. I'm not 100% sure, but I think they are stainless steel, and are metric.
