A - That Bucky Boy, he is a major playuh, and is always hookin' s--- up like hanging out with rock stars or B - That Bucky Boy, he was the third caller to WKZE and won a meet & greet and concert tickets to see Edgar Winter Um.... we better go with B Upon further review, it appears in the photo as if he's trying to steal my wife, and I think she's OK with thatHad an enjoyable chat with the old timer, covering a number of subjects including Edgar & Johnny's life on the road with our very own BA member uncle charlie, Rico reeds, Ray Charles, his insight that Gospel Music is the flip side of early blues, blah blah blah... a very cordial gent he is. GREAT hard rockin' blues show, with a 4 piece band that sounded like 10. The tour is in support of his album "Rebel Road" and he threw in a number of older cuts, like "Tobacco Road" and for a lil bit of cake icing, some Led Zep & Cream stuff too. If they're in your neighborhood, they don't disappoint. The whole house was on their feet rockin' 40 years on the road has taught him a lot about how to git it done!

I mentioned in reverence the 1971 "White Trash" studio album, and how I wore the vinyl down to the nub back when. He allowed as how the album was pretty much a re-creation of what his high school band in Beaumont used to play, and how he can now finally listen to it without being critical of all the little things (that he may be the only one who can hear.) After putting that album in rotation on my pod player, I'd have to list it as a ten albums on a desert isle pick. I've recently inspired the rarely spoken phrase "Why is the caretaker dancing around the lawn while raking leaves?"

The walls & our ears [what?] This was our first visit there, even though we live 8 miles away. That $50 per ticket thing has staved me off. What a bee - yoooot- iful venue, and the food was fantastic. http://www.youtube.com/user/InfinityHall#p/a/u/2/u1ybumRE1wkGlad to see David Garibaldi is back with TOP - one of my drummer idols. Looks like George Duke too?

I heard he was adding lyrics to "Frankenstein". Is it true?

He said a little something just before playing the intro to "Frankenstein." It may have been close to: "Once upon a time there was a mad doctor named Frankenstein." It was hard to hear exactly what he said, but no other lyrics happened during the song.
