I was born in 51 so that makes me 50 something accelerating towards 60. Too old to die young anyway. No hang on they say your as old as the woman you feel. My mrs was born in 1960 so that makes me 40 something . Ahh but hang on again "Ihe woman you feel" hmm. Ok so I am "no age at all" really. Is that good or bad

You don't get old chum... Until the day you die You can't gather the memories 'til the sun sets in the sky
But it's alright ma.... I'm not totally insane I'm not with or against you Unless it threatens who I am
I can't imagine What can happen to a friend But it's really quite apparent When you finally reach the end
'Cause it can't continue, Unless we sing along as one And I'd really like to be there To reflect what has begun
So please continue, To be there for the young And remind them all to ponder It's not them, it's us as one.
And together we learn that Age is only just a thought And here and now is only The only thing we got.
Oh yeah... the only thing we've got.

Maybe you're right... I do seem to be in a rather pensive/songwriting mode these days. Come to think of it..."where have all the flowers gone... long time passing." (speaking of age...)

There definitely is political correctness in Queensland.
Just ask Captain Bligh. She will tell you she is always right.
For all you non Australians, Captain(Anna) Bligh is the state premier of Queensland. The only thing premier about her is the size of her head.
If she had half a brain she would be gifted. I know that cow sh*t makes my vegetables grow in my garden, I have been convinced if I buried her head in my vegy plot I could feed all of my neighbours.
Enough of my political ravings about our fantastic, underpaid, over worked politicians.
Ulysses Club ride day tomorrow. Lunch at a country pub somewhere, don't care where as long as we can get some twisties on the way.

You should be able to get twisties at the pub when you stop for lunch.

Hey Boof,
We usually head of out in the Gayndah and Biggenden area.
There are some good roads out that way. Especially the road that runs from Biggenden up to the Bruce highway north of Childers.

You were right Boof.
Not many twisties on the way to Hervey Bay.
Best thing about the day was, the sun shone, we got to ride and the fish and chips on the Esplenade were great.
