But now you have an empty trash can to dump it all in.

There's that friggin' Murphy's law thing kicking in again eh Cynthia? But ummm, your comments lead me to wondering... do you have a recycling program going on there where you can recycle junk mail? Like a separate bin for all that stuff?

I open my junk mail and send junk A to junk mailer B in their own prepaid envelope and vise versa.

No recycle program in small town Kentucky. Some of the most beautiful scenery in the world, and they don't do much to preserve it. I do take about 80% of my junk mail and cardboard packaging to work and drop in in our shredder bins as that material is recycled (once a tree-hugging Californian, always a tree-hugging Californian).

Palm trees of course, RIGHT Cindy?!

Yep! Just like a good Single Malt Scotch, you might call me "an acquired taste" TOO.(among the many OTHER things you may care to call me, of course)

Some time ago, I rented a little house in Venice, Ca. There was a palm tree outside my kitchen door . . . I used to get up in the early hours, hype myself up with a cup of coffee, leap down the stairs and shoot the palm tree with a crossbow bolt. 'Nuff said. (For some reason, I don't see 'em as trees)

From one tree hugger to another
I'm glad that you even bother
To take junk and make it worthwhile
So our children can still all smile

In a world that's always changing
We're the ones who's rearranging
Everything in different order
So our children can grow older

It's the ones like you and me
Who have the vision just to see
That a little effort given
Helps our children go on living

It's their world, it's not ours
And it's just like given flowers
When we show we can be helpful
To our children who are doubtful

We can really make a difference
It just comes down to preference
We prefer to make it right
So our children sleep at night.

Thanks for inspiring this here song, there Cindy!! Gotta go put it to music. Bye for now!!

Live to love, love to live.

No, that's why the woodstove was invented. Junk to heat , unless you're talking electronic junk mail which produces negligible heat units

Yup, and we do like Dog suggested to double the revenue.
