Like Dwight I'm sorry I missed this too but blah blah blah about moving house n country stuff. I hope nobody behaved themselves and behaved disgracefully throughout and look forward to hearing the sordid tales of drunken debauchery on here. Oh and of course how many times Dave managed to get lost on the way there and back.

Leave the pork pies for now - get the sausage rolls while they're hot!

Excellent - this was discussed briefly last year, but I thought maybe something else had been decided.
I too have started saving my pennies!!

Arrived back safe, but tired and full of cold. Really hate Belgium, thanks for all the rain. Would like to add my thanks to Nick, for organising this years rally. Well done for picking such a good location, and two excellent rideouts. To everyone else, it was so good to see you all again, and to the ones who I met for the first time, it was a privilege.

Cheers Ray.. Greece should be sunny in August & you could make it a holiday & do some touring in Greece or Italy, that's what Jackie & I are thinking of doing

Glad everyone had a good time in Braz! Wish I was there, but my new job had to come first... Beautiful scenery in those pics, and it looks as they have beer in Austria as well!!! Meteora district is the plan for next year, right?

Wow! Now that was a heck of a guess or you've been talking to someone (or did we mention it last year??? ).
Yes Bengt, am considering the Meteora area, hope you can make it next year .

We arrived back home yesterday afternoon, after over 4500 km trip (Poland Germany Austria Swiss Italy Swiss Germany Poland) in great weather (just few hours of rain). Thanks Nick for a great location and all arrangements. It was great to see everyone again, and meet new ones. Pictures in the next few days maybe. Lee - it is possible to ride Oberalppass, St.Gothardpass, Novanapass, Furkapass and Sustenpass in one afternoon, now I'm sure . Looking forward to see you again next year. Beata & Pawel

 You're a nutter...
I bet you had to replace the brake pads after that day!?
Anyway - I'm glad you all got back safely and have many memories to talk about - that's what it's all about.
Will be great to see the pictures you made. I have a CD with the pictures I took ready to send to Nick (once I get his postal address). I also have a blank CD to hopefully get a full set back of pictures from him - I'd love to make a Photo-Book for my collection!
I too, hope to see you all again at next years event. Take care and be good.

Home sweet home!! After two and a half weeks on the road I am home, first thank you Nick for a great Eurorally, well done! A blast to meet you all, both the Usual Suspects and the Newbies Did go south after the rally and after picking up Nilla in Bergamo we rode down to Savonna on the Italian westcoast, nice but to crowded... so we just drove on and ended up in Menton, France Stayed there for a couple of days and also spent a day in Monaco ....I should have had a Ferrari and and a Tuxedo to blend in there ... but it was fun Last three days we went back to Italy and revisted Lago de Iseo, the place of the 2008 Eurorally... Yesterday morning I left Nilla at the airport at ten in the morning and and drove straight home 1780 kilometers and just got lost once Was home 11 today and it rained for most part of the run home so now I am going to sign of and go to bed!:p Eurorally 2011 is not that far away... have you packed yet?! Well done Johann! I think a tuxedo and a Ferrari will suit you just fine. The name's Bond ... Johann Bond. Lago di Iseo - another return to the scene of the crime (we seem to keep going back - Martyn, Luke and I met up there last year on their way down to Greece - part of their Pan-European trip and my return from Holland) 1780 km's eh ... yep, the GS (with its higher average speed) is perfect for that kind of ride.
