going back home to (Tulsa) after 6 good years in Oregon (Hillsboro, Grants Pass, Coos Bay). yes I traveled every two years to a new town to keep her happy and successful in her job(OBGYN). Now she wants me out! since housing and investments have gone south, I'm getting nothing. i don't understand how one can love and then not. this week has made me weak, but I'm a strong guy and should be fine. Friends and family will be happy to have me back and i'll be a happier person. Best thing fellow riders Oregon riding season vs. Oklahoma riding season! sure there is religious, political, and living philosophies(recycling, earth hugging) are really really different. but their is no substitute for friends. NONE! Not her dr.'s income or the greatest trees in the world (that's Oregon for you).
I might be looking for a rider to travel on the bike down 101 to LA then on 40 to Tulsa(weather permitting) hwy 10 farther south is 2nd option. I will be w/ rider packing my lunch along the way.
The wost thing is the boys. Jan 1 of this yr. we started a process of adopting two brothers 11, 13 yrs old. Months of of mentoring and they moved in June, adoption is not final, and she is not on the hook leagaly or is going to assist w/ $ for them. I will not put these boys back to the system. I started it(with a wife) and I'm going to finish it w/ or w/o her. I do need your prayers & wishes.
