However, being part of the EU the tender has to be open to all member states
. The Government buying British simply because it is British is against EU rules
. Doesn't stop other member states buying home produced products in preference it seems
. As for the bikes performance now there is no question of their quality. A number of world beating bikes that are best in class. A modified Sprint would make a great police bike in my opinion. Though if I was a copper I would want a tripped up America, Thunderbird and Rocket Roadster all with short cannons fitted - no need for sirens then eh!
