The stock answer from Minor Government officials is that all Public procurement is open to tender from any supplier and the procurement team decide based on best value, suitability for the role, reliability etc. However, I don't think we as a country consider the wider costs of not buying from UK manufacturers.
But my point here is that Triumph are well engineered, reliable and cost effective machines.
Perhaps there are Forum members who work for Triumph sales and marketing who can enlighten me or perhaps procurement officials from any of the Police forces. I would love to know the reasoning...Good or Bad..I can take it!! Maybe!!
