er... so have we stopped manufacturing (some of) the Triumph range of motorcycles here now?

As already mentioned, the need to manufacture in low cost countries is driven by us, the consumer demanding lower prices.

By the way, the company i work for has 2 manufacturing plants in China (as well as Germany, Portugal and USA). There is no difecernce in the quality of the product coming from any of these plants.
