Sometimes life cracks me up.... I received a billing notice yesterday regarding an unpaid Lifeflight ride from last July ($$$Yikes$$$). I called the claims manager to find out what the details were. Long story short, turns out it's some missing paperwork, which I also received yesterday. I file that pronto & should clear things up. Anyway, we were concluding our conversation & I made an off-hand comment regarding d**n motorcycles & Canadiens. She replied "I know I race motorcross and have broken a number of bones". That really made me laugh and led to a whole 'nother conversation jh

Well Dwight, Being a sabbe' simple-minded country boy, I could nearly foresee walking into that one But the point remains, I found, and find it interesting that many folks who's profession involves dealing the after effects of motorbike mishaps, likewise spend their free time riding motorpsychos Talking with nursing staff at the rehabilitation hospital, it wasn't rare at all to be talking to bikers. The head of home health care here, spent many years travelling the country with her husband, until his knees gave out. Now back to your observation, the high point of my 10 day rehab stay was zooming down the hallway in a completely stock wheelchair at 4 am to the nurse's station, drinking hot chocolate and swapping lies with the 11-7 staff jh

My gosh--she wasn't riding ON him as he crawled around? Poor guy...cross-country like that would damage your knees for sure ;-)
