Afraid not. By that reasoning the computer manufacturers should have started paying US to use their products about fifteen years ago.

What really happens is the cheapest products stay at about the same price, but they get new features every couple of years.

I'd sure like to know what brand of printer you got at Sam's Club though. I'm on the lookout for a good deal.
