Me thinks this is a little exaggerated. I have 45's and I still need to choke on real cold starts. I can shut the choke off after 20 or 30 sec and she's fine.
Ok, maybe, I'll give ya that one. But in my case and several others I know, it was true. I went back to the 42s and just use about 1/2 choke and NO throttle.
A word to the wise is not necessary. It is the stupid ones who need the advice.
