Prolly a little late to announce this but,....
For all you motorcycle enthusiasts in the northeastern part
of the country, The City of Springfield Massachusetts
museums is having a "Grand Opening" of their
"Museum of Springfield History" this Saturday, Oct. 10th,
from 10am 'till 4pm.
There will be lots of bikes
there of all kinds including one
of my personal favorites, Indian Motorcycles.
This is an exhibit of the transportation
manufactured in the City of
Springfield so it's about
more than just
motorcycles.
Planes,
boats,
bikes,
cars...
Do you
know who the
first automobile manufacturer to
manufacture automobiles over seas was?
That's right, Rolls Royce! From 1921 to
1931 Rolls Royce produced cars here in the United
States. Right here in Springfield, MA. 1,701 of which were "Silver Ghosts."

Anyway, there will be the museum, a motorcycle and car show, food and drink and a
bunch of people there. Most of, that you don't know and a few that you do
including myself and if we're lucky, a cute lil' bell ringin'
Triumph rider we all know and love.

Hope to see you there!
