Well, to increase my odds Dwight of getting out that way, I've expanded my search from CO to southeast Idaho, southern Montana, Utah, New Mexico, and Flagstaff. All of these would get me within a long day's drive of family in Denver, and heck, I love the mountains and the West anyhow, so... It looks like from my research though, that housing at least in Flagstaff and the surrounding area is a tad on the steep side, but still do-able....
