So if your buddy only has, say 20 beers, can you finish his other 4 if you're out?

Many who camp out on the 'top of the mountain' (the hardcore fans) would view it as a serious breach of their cultural rights - what defines them as intrinsically Aussie.

Personally, at my age, I would struggle to put away a six pack of lights in one day.

You know, the picture they posted in the article looks nothing like "violence" and more like: "It's fun to stay at the Y-M-C-A...." Sorry, not my kinda' race!

<---This guy gets it! Is he laughing?... or is he...never mind.

Notice that no Aussies* have responded to this thread. That's because they're already too p1ssed to read or write anything because it's Bathurst week.

Well Henry, MAYBE in some certain parts of this country that MIGHT be true alright, however I guess I'm gonna have to remind you that in THIS part of this country where we've been holdin' that homicidal maniac that I just posted a picture of above....well...there IS NO "start" OR "end" of this "riding season" of which you speak, dude!!!

Yer... season? There's a season where you can't ride? Isn't it warm & sunny all year round everywhere?

Good thing you are so far away. (He says as the rain turns to snow showers)

We all like to think of ourselves as rugged individualists. But when push comes to shove most of us are sheep who do what we are told. Worst of all, a lot of us become unpaid agents of whoever is controlling the agenda by enforcing the current dogma on the few rugged individualists who actually exist.

Dwight -

It's him, sans swaztika on forehead. My bro-in-law first met Charlie in the late 80's, when he started working at Soledad/SHU for CDOC. Bro gets transferred to Corcoran, and when Corcoran opens up for housing, Charlie's transferred there too. Bro's w/ the welcoming committee, and Charlie, seeing him says, "Hey **** (no swearing, just don't use CO's names out in the open), what's goin' on?"

Bro says, "Not much, (wets pad of thumb, and rubs it just over Charlie's nose) see you still got that piece of bugsh** on your forehead."

Now THAT's a great story, Bob!!!

(yep...I guess it's kind'a like how that old 1950s Rock&Roll novelty song by The Coasters goes..."Why is everybody always pickin' on poor little ol' mis-understood Charlie"...HUH???!!!)
