Can't speak for the T120's but the 750cc Bonnevilles from the late 70's and early 80's (the time I was working there) made 41.8 ft-lb @ 5500 rpm or thereabouts (depending on how the tooling was performing on the day)!!
That equates to around 56.61Nm in today's money....compared to the 2003 Bonneville America at 60 Nm @ 3500 rpm.
Not a lot in it as far as torque goes but the old Bonnie was down on HP compared to the Hinckley models.
