And now back to the original topic that silli opened as a means of becoming aquainted through his own experience and interest... I was super appreciative of Ed's testimonial of then vs. now Triumph. And Silli (what is your name anyway?) can you help an ignorant guy like me when it comes to torque from them old powerplants... have you got any numbers to support your statement? I mean I had a '59 Tiger and it did seem to have a lot of snot but it's been too long a time to compare one ride over the other.
