Two summers ago I was quite convinced I wanted a real touring bike instead of the america. I tried a bunch including the RT and LT. I disliked the RT, feeling Like I was riding the tank all the time. I liked the LT but I didn't love it (also the seller was a bit of a jerk about what an improvement his bike would be over the america).
Still, if I could afford a second bike It would be the LT.
