Best thing I ever saw was when firemen broke the windows out of a high priced import car and ran a hose through it when it was parked by a fireplug.
Next best was when some idiot was parked on the line between 2 parking places. When I came out of the market, there were 2 of the really small older Honda cars parked in the 2 spaces inches from the doors of the first car.
