Any way you look at it....if you die in a MC accident with a deer.....your survivor cannot possibly sue for wrongful death.

If I had hit a deer who jumped out in front of me when I had my accident instead of a an old cooter in a cage who turned left in front of me ..allowing me a mere nano-second of reaction time....
I'd have got JACK SQUAT in terms of pain an suffering or liability.
