Interestingly, the article relates how the West Virginia state gov. considered tackling the problem by,.... "limiting driver's liability for repair costs in deer collisions". Yeah, that would make me feel a lot better, if the crash didn't kill me! The subject title line I used sums it up. Nobody is ever gonna do anything about this problem.
