Being old and forgetful I decided to fit a Kisan Signalminder to my Speedmaster.
Replaced the indicator unit with the new unit and connected the red wire (Per instructions)to the brake wire.
Indicators work fine, self cancel at the time I selected, no problem.
I then decided to connect the other 2 wires (1 black, 1 white) to the turn signal wires. This is supposed to allow me to replace the springs in the indicator switch so that it will return to the middle without the need to press the button. Before attacking the switch I decided to give it a try to check my work so far.
When I turned on the ignition the left indicators (front & rear) came on, not blinking just a steady glow. I tried altering the DIP switches but no luck. Has anybody else had problems wiring this unit.
