Had seen the BritIronRebels around for a while. Not so with the LA Ton Ups. Wonder if there's an equivalent SF Mods?

Hey Primero
Nice links but they won't have us

Both are specific that it has to a British bike, in the tradition of Brit bikes and riders - oh, but no cruisers ..
WTF?

Hey, screw 'em then!

I'm gonna start my own "Welcome one and all Triumph owners club"
(But only if it's a blue America)
Specific enough for 'em do you think?

I'm going to get patches and t-shirts made up and everything!

Perhaps I WILL start an America / Speedmaster owners register ......

I won't get started on that again, except that I am going to stand by on my opinion that we (those of use smart enough to ride Speedmasters and Americas) are more rebelious against the rest of the motorcycling community than anyone else, especially here in the U.S.

They overlook the fact that back in the day the slick seat Bonneville was a cruiser. Hell, any bike that hits open road for extended runs is cruising and therefore a cruiser. I never looked good with my hair greased back anyway.

I understand & participate in the "belonging" part of human nature, I suppose even the "I don't belong to anything" riders belong to that club. Part of the fun. There gets to be so many special interest groups I can't keep them straight anymore. I draw the line at 'naked' bikes however, it's too cold for that around here, except for a few weeks in July.

Red Triumph BA Riders Club of MT; President, secretary, treasurer. Meetings are a snap, as are route selections. If I'm not on time, I leave myself behind. We're a relatively color blind organization and are accomodating when meeting members of other clubs on the road.

Here's a link to our Triumph club in Oklahoma. Make sure you read our "Membership Qaulifications" on the first page that pops up.
If you don't qualify, pour gasoline over your head and you know the rest.
