The top loading ones are small, but ok if you don't put any luggage above them - then you can't open them.
The side loading ones are fine for what they are. I've had mine for awhile now and I keep all my essential stuff in them. Rain suit, extra gloves, neck warmer, tools, etc...
They are what they are - probably made in China. They work for me. I'm still trying to figure out a clean way to wire the lights in to my running lights and be able to disconnect them (easy brackets) without some pigtail left hanging....
