It took me a few hundred miles to smooth out my clunky shifting... The first oil change realllllly helped.. But I started to shift rather quickly without chopping the throttle and now "MOST" of the time it feels like an automatic when I shift. What makes me mad is my wifes old 1982 650 yammie shifts like a dream without thinking about it.. Hmmmmm. Darn clever japs..MMV.
