This thread interests me a lot. This spring I bought an 03 TBA with 2000 km. Virtually brand new. As the season wore on and I got used to the bike I found myself riding faster and faster, especially through twisties which are in abundance around here (Mmmmmmmmm, twisties...). Now I like to hit them hard with a good solid roll on the outtake.
I'm telling you, there are times my bike freaks me out!!! In a hard corner it can do a sort of wobble/twist/bounce/shake thing that can lead to me a serious case of AR! Not a good feeling.
Now... I love my bike, I really do and I HAVE to get her to handle better. In these mountains there are nothing but twisties which dictate the style of riding. I corner a lot and I corner pretty hard. If I have to spend $500 I will but I sure hope it really is the answer.
So far the prognosis is compelling. Would love to read a few more testimonials.
