Wish I could have gotten a better picture. I was using my crappy cell phone and passing him at 80mph (okay I might've slowed to 70-75). I took this on I-15 in northern Utah or southern Idaho when I was on my way back from California a week ago. This is a Harley Dresser/Bagger/whatever with a side hack loaded up with stuff taller than my truck. Unbelievable.  http://twitpic.com/isfvw

The rider must also be 'over loaded'  to be on that thing in the first place.

made me think of the steve martin movie, the jerk for some reason. i couldnt help remembering the scene when he is saying " i dont need anything, i dont need you, i dont need anything but this chair" i can see this guy leaveing home and going thru that and ending up with all this crap and the only place to put it was on the bike but once he had made all the fuss he couldnt leave anything.

I have some shots of Wendy's and my bikes loaded for CT when we went. All our camping gear and stuff we looked like that if you put or bikes side by side. (we don't have side cars) Our stuff was piled higher than our heads in front of and behind the sissy bars.

Besides being loaded up like Jed Clampett's truck (ceptin' Granny ain't seated on her rocker atop the whole load), all his luggage looks to be camo (so if it blows off and lands by the road, he has an even more limited chance of finding it), save for the blue ice-chest (which is strategically located beneath two feet of cargo, making it virtually impossible to reach back there for a cold drink while riding along), he appears to have done an effective job of transporting all the contents of 3BR house, though his mileage is likely to be poor.
He did add the safety orange triangle on the back of the ice-chest at least, so props for that ;-)
