eBay price is now $15.00 and $7.95 shipping. I remember trawling around looking for that part at various ATV and Snowmobile stores, hard to find (lost links on crashed PC, have to search again). But may bite the bullet on $22.00, what the heck.

I got my second one in just 2 days from the ebay folks. Super fast and price is okay. Why 2? Well, lesson learned. If you want the easy install option - do not cut the bellmouth in half. If you want to trim off the bottom bellmouth up to the lower center rim, then that would be okay but keep the two center rims in place as this is what holds the bellmouth in place in the top of the airbox. If you cut the piece in half, you will have to open up the inlet in the airbox. Lesson learned. Measure twice, cut once.

No problem getting them from Polaris dealers in Australia where it never shows!

Took about 3 weeks shipped from the USA.

6% more torque is meaningful. Much more useful than horsepower.

If I was you I would seriously consider go the extra $$ and get a Breathe intake instead.

I am probably going to get one to replace my Polaris, remove the internal air box baffle and retune. I am just trying to work out the best course for retuning. I will probably also get the TPUSA 813 cams while I'm at it. But that means finding a set of used cams to swap with.

From what I've read the jury is still out on The Breathe, At $100.00 vs $15.00 I think I would like to test the Polaris first.

I cut the bottom portion of my P. Bellmouth off with a razor knife, leaving the rubber flange intact for a stay. The bottom portion looked constrictive to me as installed. No before and after test, so who knows if it helped or hurt performance?

I landed here looking on google for real bellmouths? Do they not work on modern carbs? Looked great on the original bonnies.

My thought is that ou will have to, otherwise you may end up running lien on the top, not sure how much more air they let in then factory bit it has to be a fair bit i should think.

You'll loose midrange with the bellmouth in place. Shims and/or different needles are the solution.
