Quote: If I get one, I am going to have some magnetic "Ralph's Lawn Service" signs made up with fictitious addresses and phone numbers from FL, GA, SC, & NC (four different signs X2) to give it an innocent look. No Triumph or bike related stickers anywhere. I kid you not...
Now instead of alerting motorsickle thieves, you are going to alert lawn equipment thieves. If you do have signs made up, make up some sort of PortoLet Service Trailer sign or, no wait, how about "Sanford & Son"?
Really, in this day and age of cell phones, All you have to do is use 7 digits for the phone number, no State, and pick something like, 1057 Baxter Highway, Hooper’s Ridge. What blows it all away is the tax plate (tag) you’ll have on the trailer itself.
Yes, keep all motorsickle insignia OFF the trailer. That is about all you can do. Your choice of where you park it is the last thing under your control. Heck a drop down back gate is a dead ringer for a motorcycle anyway! When you park it and unload it, you are busted so to say. Motel parking lots and covered trailers are neon signs wherever you go.
