From the angle that picture was taken, the guy who parked his early 70s Honda step-through Super-90 next to me and with the milk crate bolted to his rack and who pulled out his folding chair and sat down behind his bike, DOES kind of look like a "gnome" sittin' on my bike and his milk crate looks like a tank basket too, doesn't it?!
