Yes on Black 440's for 09
Yes on getting Heavy Duty Springs as noted by Frank but it is an after thought option where you send them into Progressive or they send you the springs and you do them yourself for a fee of $70.68 plus shipping from Progressive.
OR because they like me, there is a remote possibility they may give me special grace and do them for me up front, but I will need to confirm that.
Addendum: I just spoke with my main contact at Progressive (Beth) and she tells me that the aforementioned springs though they would work, would be too stiff and doesn't recommend them. My experience with Beth is, she KNOWS what she is talking about.
