Well DANG , man , what's up here ? WAVING regulation ????
Down here in the South we don't really have a stiff upper lip , 'cause I think all the grease from the FRIED stuff we like has sorta LUBED it up some , but man , we WAVE at everything .
We even wave at the flagman that holds up traffic with that stop sign on a stick .
When I ride , I WAVE at HORSES , DOGS , (but not cows , 'cause they're stupid) . Sometimes we WAVE with BOTH hands , Now how irresponsible is that ???
