oh lord, common sense has left the building...if someone is to afraid to let go of the handle bars with 1 hand for 3 seconds, for fear of spinning wildly out of control and and crashing into a bus load of nuns sending them into a fuel tanker, and in turn sending that into a hospital full of kids and exploding on impact, killing all involved, then maybe we should not wave, we will all be safe then...
