Yes, unavailable here in Maryland. Last week, I sat waiting to make a left turn at a light that won't change - there was a city police car running radar in the church parking lot at the intersection. I sat and sat, than finally just went thru the light. He either was sleeping or didn't care. Just went thru the same light this evening, just stopped and turned.
The Maryland legislature had a bill in the works, but they ran out of time last year, so it didn't get passed. This is a good reminder for me to pressure the delegate who sponsored last years bill to resubmit.
