Interested in hearing the different inputs from folks who have tried at least 2 of the above and the comparisons. I'm steering towards floorboards, but this weekend I saw a HD with Kuryakyn Switchblade stirrups. Looked awesome. Problem is I couldn't find any that were made for the BA. So I'm not sure of the extra work to install. Kuryakyn wings were also pretty nice looking. So, what's the verdicts on these different setups.

I use the Kuri. Switch Blades, and I'm totaly satisfied with them. I always fold the left side up when putting my kick-stand down, and it makes it easy to get to the kick-stand to put it up, no extentions needed. BTW. it happens all in one motion; push down and forward on the kick-stand and my insteep folds the heal portion of the Switch Blade up. It is a two parter though while getting ready to go; 1kick-stand up,2 heal rest down.

I had floorboards...didnt like em. I like my stock pegs enhanced with a set of Highway pegs. Its about preference. You need to look at how you ride and what you do with your feet. If you keep em fairly flatish...maybe floorbaords will work great for you. If you like to stretch out then highway pegs in the right position are a godsend. If you like your pegs but want a bit more support for your heel...switchblades are the way to go. Heres my preference: Stretched out, heel on oem peg, triumph highway peg for support another angle

Yep, regular pegs and highway pegs have been the norm for me in the past, but was interested in the floorboards from a touring point of view. Then I saw the Switchblades and really liked the styling.
Chip - were you able to put the Kury switcthblades on with out modification?
The wings also looked like a compromise between pegs and a floorboard.

Switchblades were on Cinnamon Girl with the oem pegs in the saddle bags back in July of 2007. I rolled North August 1st to Oklahoma City via the branch davidian compound, then cross country to Dahlonega via Hot Springs, Tupelo, Leeds, etc. When I got home I took them off and mailed them to back to taminator's husband.
Pegs.

I got a set of Kury pegs to match the Iso Grips , then added the matching stirrups . I like the setup , very comfortable and my feet don't feel "boxed in" by running boards . They are happy feet . But I'm a minimalist , it's a misunderstood illness . But if I'm a MINIMALIST , why do I MAXIMIZE the accessories ? But , but ...............

Being as how I got rid of them I would tend to believe that would mean I hated them. duh. I am going to give away something I like. Not. Each of them weighs the same as a six pack of brews. They suck imho. My boots would slide off of them. There is no place for the heel to butt up against. etc. True devices for posers. Same as the grips and all that other kuryakyn fools gold.

Love the boards, I can greatly vary my foot positioning. The pegs are too limiting, boring. The blades are too gimick-y.

From the last comment you made in your post... "When I got home I took them off and mailed them to back to taminator's husband." ...it sounded like you might have borrowed them for a trip to see how you liked em.

No mods necessary, you just have to get the Triumph mount, from kuri., that lets them bolt on.
Moe, if you would of looked close there is a place to hook your heal in. Maybe the style of your boot didn't fit the shape of the pegs very well. I don't know and I'm not trying to sell anybody on the pegs. I just offered my opinion on how I like them. After all if every part was perfect for everybody, we'd all be riding the exact same motorcycle.
