Service Manual says (page 11.13)

166 mm below the inner tuber upper surface. (fork fully compressed) Use 10 wt. oil with Progressive springs. Fork oil capacity 484 cc. Using the FOL-2 device set it at 166 mm draw off fluid until air. Done
